It’s officially been one week since my face surgery and new teeth here in Istanbul, Turkey with Natual Clinic, and today is a big day—I’m finally getting outside for real! For the first time since surgery, I’m leaving the hotel and clinic behind and heading into the heart of Istanbul to explore the legendary Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world, with a history stretching back more than 500 years. I’m still swollen, still healing, and definitely not looking 100% yet, but I’m feeling better every day. We’ll walk through the bazaar, do a little shopping, see what trouble I can get myself into, and most importantly, take a look at my before-and-after photos to see just how much has changed in only one week. Let’s go!
